The Fedák Sári Theatre announced the sad news that Osvát Magda has passed away on August 23 after a long illness. The actress was one of the founding members of the theater and performed for many years in the company.
She was the Princess Cecília in “The Gypsy Princess,” the comical Krisztina Countess in “Lili baroness,” the playful Zsorzsi teacher in “Miska the Magnate,” and the list goes on. With her magnificent performances, she brought many joyful moments to the audience. We will cherish her memory, may she rest in peace” – reads the statement from the theater.
